12th Match IPL-10 MI vs RCB

In 12th match of IPL 2017 Mumbai Indians beat Royal Challengers Bangalore by 4 wickets. Batting first Bangalore started very slowly as Chris Gayle never got going and he scored only 22 runs off 27 balls. Virat Kohli did play well as he scored 62 runs off 47 balls. Mumbai bowlers didn’t let them any free runs they were restricted to 142 runs in 20 overs.

Batting second Mumbai got a disastrous start as they lost top four batsmen for just 7 runs and it looked they would never recover from this. Samuel Badree’s hat trick put RCB ahead. They were reduced to 33 for 5 in 8 overs. Then Krunal Joined Kieron Pollard in the middle and they both put up a 93 runs stand for 6th wicket and brought Mumbai back in the match. Kieron Pollard scored 70 runs off 47 balls before he got out. But Krunal Pandya stayed at the crease and took his team over the line with 37 runs off 30 balls.

Kieron Pollard was named man of the match and it was well deserving one too. Hope to see more good innings from this big fellow.
