In elminator match of VIVO IPL-9 Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 22 runs and reached to the qualifier 2 match to face Gujarat Lions for the spot in the finals. Batting first Sunrisers Hyderabad batted consciously and they played slow.
