In 37th match of IPL-9 2016 Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated the mighty Mumbai Indians by 85 runs. Batting first Sunrisers started well as their openers made a 85 runs partnership for first wicket. David Warner was out for 48 runs off 33 balls but Shikhar Dhawan kept going on and on and he scored an unbeaten 82 runs off 57 balls. A valuable contribution by Yuvraj Singh of 39 runs of 23 balls before he got out hit wicket. Sunrisers ended up 177-3 in their respective quota of 20 overs. Batting second Mumbai off to a disaster start as they lost Parthiv and Rohit for total of 5 runs on the board. They never got up from there. They were just knocked down so badly that they hardly try to recover from there. Sunrisers bowlers didn’t let them do so and they kept on picking wickets throughout the innings. The best score from Mumbai came from Harbhajan Singh (21 runs off 20 balls). This shows there is nothing to talk about this match for Mumbai. Hope they will make a comeback in their next encounter. Ashish Nehra was named man of the match for his bowling figures of 3-15 in 3 overs.
