Delhi Daredevils vs Rising Pune Supergiants Match-33

In 33^rd Match of IPL-9 2016 Rising Pune Supergiants defeated Delhi Daredevils by 7 wickets. Batting first Delhi played well but none of their batsmen could score big runs. They all got starts but couldn’t convert them into a big score and that is why they were restricted at 162 for 7 wickets in their 20 overs. For Pune Rajat Bhatia bowled well for his 2-22 in 4 overs. Batting second Pune got a good start and three partnerships of 59runs(1^st wicket), 45 runs(2^nd wicket) and 42 runs(3^rd wicket) made sure that Pune will easily chase that total and they did the same in 19.1 overs and beat Delhi by 7 wickets. Ajinkya Rahane scored an unbeaten 63 runs of 48 balls. Usman Khwaja, Saurabh Tiwary and Mahendra Singh Dhoni made some valuable contributions in the chase. Delhi bowlers did bowl well except one man that is Mohammad Shami who conceded 50 runs in his 3.1 overs and was the difference between Delhi’s loss and win. Nevertheless Ajinkya Rahane was named man of the match for his unbeaten 63 runs. There is still a long way to go for Pune and I hope that they could come back from this performance.
