Delhi Daredevils vs Mumbai Indians Match-17

In 17^th match of Vivo IPL 9 Delhi Daredevils beat Mumbai Indians with 10 runs. Batting first Delhi didn’t start well and they lost inform batsman Quinton D’cock at the total of 11 runs. Then they lost second wicket on the score of 48 and third one was gone on the score of 54. Then JP Duminy and Sanju Samson came together and they both took charge to Mumbai Bowlers. They batted very well and put up a partnership of 71 runs and gave their team a fighting total. JP Duminy made 49 not out off 31 balls and Sanju Samson made 60 off 48 balls. In the chase Mumbai lost Parthiv early but two partnerships of 53 runs and 41 runs for consecutively for second and third wicket let them remain in the match. But by playing slow and Delhi Bouncing back with some quick wickets put pressure on Mumbai batsmen and they couldn’t handle it in the end. Rohit Sharma played well for his 65 runs off 48 balls but he was sadly run out in the last over of the match when he collided for coming back second run with Hardik Pandya. That might have cost them match there. Nevertheless the tight finish was there but eventually Delhi held their nerves and emerged as victorious in the match.
