Delhi Daredevils vs Kings XI Punjab

In the seventh match there was nothing for the Punjab they were just playing for giving an easy win to Delhi Daredevils. Batting first they score only 111 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. Wickets kept of tumbling on regular basis and they were never in the shape to score more than 120 and that’s what happened they score only 111. Delhi bowlers kept it tight and they gave nothing away them to get out of the screws. Amit Mishra gone through the top order and they were bundled for the modest total. Secong innings started promisingly for KXIP as they got Shreyas Iyer out for 3 runs. But the target was too low to made Delhi batsmen panic. Quinton D’cock took his time and got his eye in. He made a partnership of 91 runs with Sanju Samson and took Delhi over the line in 13.3 overs. Pawan Negi hit a six to finish things off. Punjab has played two games and lost both the games. They are at the bottom of the table with bad net run rate. They will have to bring themselves back together and perform well if they want to win this IPL. I hope they will play well in their upcoming matches. At least they will put up a fight.
